Our strategic approach
Investment
As a trusted partner of some of the world’s most prominent institutional investors and universities, we follow a rigorous investment thesis to assess investment and growth opportunities. Our portfolio management team efficiently optimises returns and implements value-add strategies across our key markets.
Development
With over 30 years of experience in the sector, our team has significant experience in executing development projects across our markets. This includes ground-up development of new spaces, and repurposing, repositioning and refurbishing existing properties. Our expertise in portfolio management initiatives enables us to maintain a best-in-class product and maximise returns.
Operations
We work closely with our global operating partner, Yugo, to deliver a unique student experience to over 40,000 students each year. With more than 165 nationalities choosing to live in our spaces, Yugo’s student-led approach encourages students to live their best lives through three pillars – YugoEco, YuGro and YuPro. This collaborative approach adds value for our students, for GSA, and for our partners.
